Legal notice
This page states who publishes SmartCom360, where the service is hosted and on what terms it is offered. It goes together with the privacy policy, which explains what happens to your data, and with the terms and conditions, which set the rules for subscription and use.

2. Hosting
SmartCom360 is hosted by specialised providers:
- Application: Hostinger (hostinger.com)
- Database: Neon, Europe region (London)
3. The service and access to it
SmartCom360 lets a business run its activity online: catalogue, sales, stock, customers, deliveries, after-sales service, reports. The features available depend on the plan chosen.
- Access is reserved for people to whom the company administrator has given an account. Everyone keeps their credentials to themselves.
- The administrator is answerable for the accounts they create and for how they are used.
- Each company remains responsible for the information it records and for its relationship with its own customers, including telling them how their data is used.
- Prices, the length of the trial and the content of the plans are those shown on the website and in the application when you subscribe. The terms and conditions set out the rules for subscription, payment and renewal.
- You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, try to reach another company’s data or disrupt the service. An account that breaks these rules may be suspended.
4. Availability
We do our best to keep SmartCom360 available at all times, but cannot guarantee it: maintenance, a provider outage or a network failure may interrupt it. We recommend exporting your data regularly from Settings → Data.
5. Intellectual property
The software, its name, logo, interface and documentation belong to their publishers. They may not be copied, extracted or reused without permission. The data you record in SmartCom360 remains yours: you only allow us to host and process it in order to provide the service.
6. Liability
SmartCom360 is a management aid. Business, tax or accounting decisions made from what it displays are the user’s own. Answers from the AI assistant are given for guidance and must be checked before being acted on.
We are not liable for indirect losses (lost profit, lost customers). If a malfunction attributable to us causes you harm, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid for your subscription over the last twelve months, unless the law provides otherwise.
7. Personal data
What we do with your data, with which providers, and how to exercise your rights: all of it is described in the SmartCom360 privacy policy.
8. Governing law and contact
This notice is governed by the law of Cameroon. If you disagree with us, write to us first: we will look for an amicable solution. Failing that, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Cameroon.
