SmartCom360 is a subscription, from 5,000 FCFA per month, paid in FCFA by Orange Money or MTN MoMo, with no automatic renewal. Each plan is detailed in the Pricing section of this page, and a free trial lets you test everything before you pay.
Does SmartCom360 work with Orange Money and MTN MoMo?
Yes. At the till, you record a payment in cash, Orange Money, MTN MoMo or card, or a mix of several methods; each mobile money payment keeps its operator and transaction reference. At closing, the day’s Orange Money and MTN MoMo total is shown separately, ready to check against your merchant phone’s history.
Can I sell online with SmartCom360?
Yes, with the online catalogue, included in every plan. Your products and prices appear on a public page in your name; you share its link in your WhatsApp status, your groups or on Facebook. Customers build their basket and send you their request by WhatsApp or by phone; you turn it into a sale in one click. Prices and availability follow your stock. For restaurants, the QR menu plays this role.
Do I need a permanent internet connection?
No. Checkout, floor, kitchen and QR menu carry on without a network. Operations wait on the device and sync as soon as the connection is back.
Can I keep an eye on my shop without being there?
Yes. SmartCom360 opens in your phone’s browser: today’s sales, the state of the tills and the log of who did what, wherever you are. The summary of each till closing can also reach you on WhatsApp.
What hardware do I need?
A computer, tablet or phone with a recent browser. A desktop app is available for the checkout PC, on Windows, macOS and Linux. For receipts: a thermal printer or an A4 printer.
What happens during a power cut?
On a charged tablet, phone or laptop, the till carries on: sales are kept on the device and sent when the network returns. On a desktop PC without a UPS, selling resumes when the power comes back.
How long does it take to get started?
Sign-up takes three steps, with a code sent by text message. Then you import your products from an Excel file and can start selling the same day.
Do my invoices show my NIU?
Yes. A4 invoices carry your company details: name, logo, NIU, RCCM and VAT number, once you have entered them.
My team is not comfortable with computers.
Each role gets a screen limited to its tasks, with large buttons designed for the counter. A short walkthrough is enough.
How do I pay for the subscription?
By Orange Money or MTN MoMo, from inside the app. A reminder arrives two weeks before renewal.
What happens at the end of the free trial?
Nothing is charged. To continue, you choose a plan and pay by Orange Money or MTN MoMo, from inside the app. Your products and sales stay saved.
Can I manage several shops?
Yes. Each shop or depot is a warehouse with its own stock, and transfers between them are tracked.
Where is my data stored?
With specialist hosting providers: the application at Hostinger, the database at Neon, in Europe (London). Each company is isolated from the others, and you can export your data to Excel at any time.
What if I want to stop?
You can export your data to Excel at any time. It belongs to you.
We already use Excel.
